SEGA Racing Crashes

Develop has a confirmation of Sega's closure of Sega Racing Studio, the
UK-based development house that was formed to revive Sega's racing efforts. That
revival that began and ended with the release of Sega Rally Revo, which
earned decent reviews, but did not generate decent sales. It is unclear at this
time what will happen to the 60-odd personnel employed at the studio. This is
the latest in a surprising series of studio closures, a trend we can only hope
will not continue.
