Red Alert 3 Beta Key Info
Command & Conquer 3 Support Forums (thanks Ant) have details from APOC of
interest to those experiencing frustration using the key found in the Command &
Conquer III: Kane's Wrath package to register for the Red Alert 3 beta test:Alright,
the Comrade General apologies for what has seemingly been a very confusing Beta
registration process. Well let me tell you, do not fear!
Alright, I know that's not easy so here is the basic update.
Many if not all of you entering keys in this week have probably gotten the
"unsuccessful" message. Well if you are entering a valid key from your Kane's
Wrath box and getting this message, its actually an HTML error.
YOUR KEY IS VALIDATING and YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL.
Problem is on our back-end we are fixing some code so our system syncs up the
key. To keep it simple in explanation, the page should be telling you
"successful".
So we should have this fixed by tomorrow, but rest assured if you registered
this week, you should be fine. You may try again, but you should be fine.
We'll be looking to send an initial e-mail out soon to everyone who registered,
this way you will know for sure.
