point-and-click adventure is due in North America on April 15. A playable demo
was released recently (story), and here's the gold announcement:
AUSTIN, Texas - April 3, 2008 - Software publisher Strategy First Inc., a
wholly owned subsidiary of Silverstar Holdings, Ltd. (NASDAQ: SSTR), and 10Tacle
Studios AG, today announced that "Jack Keane" has gone gold. The upcoming PC
title takes players on a wild, uproarious adventure to stop a mad scientist's
army of trained apes out to rule the world. Rich environments provide a vibrant
backdrop for the captivating story-line and clever characters found in the game.
"Jack Keane" will ship to North American retail stores on April 15, 2008 with an
ESRB rating of "T" for "Teen."
Published by Strategy First, "Jack Keane" features hilarious interactive
dialogue sequences, cinematic interludes and a cast of more than 40 fully
developed and memorable characters. Players will adventure through scenic
locations like London, Cape Town and the High Seas, encountering a wealth of
colorful and exotic atmospheres through the eyes of sharp-witted Jack Keane and
the girl of his dreams, Amanda.
