Nokia 6260 Slide goes 10.2Mbps on HSDPA

I think this could be the first time we are seeing a mobile phone that can reach 10.2Mbps on HSDPA and it comes from the new Nokia 6260 Slide.

Of course, there aren’t any 3G networks yet that broadcasts such high-speed bandwidth but it’s gonna nice to know that when the time comes, this phone will be ready to suck it all in.
Nokia has even upgraded the S40 platform with the 6th edition. The design is similar to earlier models we’ve already seen like Nokia 6600 slide and Nokia 6210 phones.
The Nokia 6260 will be released early 2009 when the Nokia E63 and the Nokia 5800 XpressMusic has been launched in the Philippines.

Expect the suggested retail price to be north of Php18,500 (before taxes).
