DirectX 11 & Windows 7

PCGH has word from Microsoft that DirectX 11 will be included with Windows
7, clarifying some confusion on the topic spread by the scallywags at

PCGH. Word is DirectX 11 will also be released for Vista, so there
will apparently not be a repeat of the attempt to enforce obsolescence
technological hurdles that prevented Direct X 10 from being released for Windows
XP.
