I’ve seen a similar unit somewhere in Park Square 1 for some months now but it looks like Fujitsu has done a refresh (LifeBook U820) with an Intel Atom processor in it.
Fujitsu packed the whole thing in just 5.6 inches, the smallest I’ve seen so far. It also swivels around to take on a tablet form, with stylus in tow.

Fujitsu LifeBook U820
Intel Atom Processor Z530
1GB DDR2 533 MHz SDRAM
Webcam
Fingerprint Sensor
60GB/120GB HDD
WiFi 802.11 b/g/n
Bluetooth
Built-in GPS receiver and integrated Garmin Mobile PC
SD & CF card slot
1 x USB 2.0 port
4-cell 5800mAh battery
Windows Vista Home Premium
Weighs only 1.32lbs (0.6kg). This rig (with the Garmin Mobile PC) can practically serve as a fully-functional GPS navigation system in your car. Too bad it costs a bit on the expensive side — starting price is $999.
