Jack Thompson versus Disbarment

Former crusading attorney Jack Thompson will not appeal his disbarment
(story) in the Supreme Court of Florida, but rather is making a
federal case out of his involuntary retirement from the legal profession by taking matter to a US District Court,
reports

Kotaku. They have the text of Thompson's emergency motion, which makes a
couple of accusations towards The Florida Bar Board of Governors, mentioning
their "perversion of the entire lawyer discipline process," and "obstruction of
