Rockstar Developing Max Payne 3?

The latest print issue of EGM Magazine has a rumor that development of Max
Payne 3 is not taking place at original Max Payne developer Remedy Games,
who are busy completing Alan Wake.
Computer
and Video Games says that EGM reports the Payne sequel
will be handled by the same internal Rockstar team (Rockstar Toronto) that
created The Warriors. Max Payne... come out and pla-ay.
