Sims 3 in February

MCV has word from the Leipzig Game Convention on the release date for The
Sims 3, the next installment in the lifestyle simulation. They say EA
announced February 20, 2009 as the release date for both the standard edition as
well as a collector's edition that will feature an exclusive sports car as well
as other bonuses.
