Spore Near Gold

EA's 'Spore' a week
from being finished on CNET has comments from Spore producer Thomas
Vu who reflects on how surprised they've been by the output of the Spore
Creature Creator, as characters have already been created that are beyond what
they believed to be the capabilities of the editor. Thomas also says Spore is
set to go gold in about a week, so it certainly seems to be on track for its
planned September 7 release.
