This forum post on Startrekgames.com offers another indication that Cryptic Studios is the unannounced new developer on Star Trek Online (thanks Johnny Knoxville). An intrepid reader notes that Timothy J. Harris, Esq. c/o Morrison & Foerster LLP is listed among the contact information in the Privacy Policy on the official website for Cryptic's Champions Online, which is the same law firm that contacted them representing the new Star Trek Online developers requesting they not post the STO design documents they possess. It is certainly possible this firm coincidentally represents both Cryptic and the new STO developer separately, but this does strengthen the case that Cryptic and the new Star Trek Online developer are one and the same.
