Another Blizzard Announcement Rumor
Worldwide Invitational Coverage apparently teased their coverage of a new
Blizzard game announcement at the event, before the page was edited to remove
that reference. The original text is immortalized on
The
Unofficial Diablo II Site, where they quote it as having said: "Follow the
opening ceremony and discover what new game will be announced in our chat
rooms." Naturally this is fuelling the recent rumors that Diablo III will
be unveiled at the event later this month. It seems appropriate to point out
that the original posting my have been hyping those same previous rumors, rather
than insider info they've picked up.
